Objectifs et capacités de learners

Managing a cross-cultural organization is not a simple task. Different cultures make different assumptions when they have to make decisions. Companies must make sure that employees with different cultures work together at their best. Ignoring cross-cultural issues might cause severe damages to the organization. In this course, students will identify and examine current trends and issues as they pertain to hiring/retaining/motivating a team or key individuals in this context.

Students in teams of five (each with a team lead) from University Canada West will develop an action plan that addresses a leadership or management challenge currently faced by your organization.

Based on the information you provide, consultant teams will deliver an action plan that accounts for your unique circumstances and outlines a path to a more engaged and productive team.
